Who runs HotMango
The confirmed legal entity, registered address, company number and the date this notice takes effect are not yet decided — see “Who runs HotMango” in docs/legal-requirements-DRAFT.md.
What we collect
Your account details, the brand material and content you upload, the text you ask HotMango to write from, what each agent run produced and cost, and the metadata of any social account you connect for publishing. Nothing here is used to train a shared or third-party model.
Why we use it
Each purpose, its lawful basis, the retention period and the providers involved — Anthropic and Google for the writing, Black Forest Labs and Google Veo for renders, Supabase for storage — still need to be stated plainly here. To be drafted.
Your controls
Access, correction, export and deletion of your data are not yet self-serve — there is no “manage my data” screen in the product today. Email us and we’ll handle the request by hand until there is one.
